Dear Quitty

The Vermeer show is on until February 11, l996.  (Unless the government
shuts down again.  My own plans to see it on November 18th were cut
off since the Gallery was closed.)

Remember, you need tickets.  There are (may be?) some available at the door
since  anumber are reserved for daily distribution.  Tickets are also

There are 20 of the known 35 Vermeers on display.  What more oculd anyone
wish for?
