6 months??? That is so nice to hear! And how it should be, at minimum! Any
employer who is able to exceed the minimum of anything required by law...well
that's great!
You know Nick, us moms could certainly add to your list of things new moms
need this time for..of course you mention the most important!

There are excellent and low-cost computer software personnel policies that
inform you of applicabe laws related to your situation and which give you a
choice of options. I have used them in the past and swear by them. In my
daughter's case she received 6 month's leave of absence from her company and her
husband received two weeks. Obviously it is much more important for a mother to
receive more leave so as to feed the baby and recover from the pregnancy and
birth, as well as, the first few months of sleep deprivation. I would hope
