Hello All,

I am trying to identify the name of a painter. We have a print of an oil
painting; the scene is pastoral and looks post-impressionist in style,
although I don't know that it is from that period. The area of print where
the signature is has been damaged.

We can make out:
E_. Otten _elo_

The "_elo_" seems to be a separate word from the "Otten," but I can't be
certain. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!
C
