We use Google calendar at the Fort Smith Trolley Museum. Being on line it can be added to or changed from anyplace by someone authorized to do it. I make changes , review and get alarms on my cell phone.

Hello List-Servers, 

 

I am writing to inquire if any institutions have web-based software recommendations for booking school tours and scheduling volunteers.  Software would need to be multi-platform and accessible online for off-site access. 

 

Funds are limited but we don’t require anything very fancy, just functional and user-friendly.
