I use it for that purpose, but I make sure to use the 3M 415 series tape. I
know the LOC and others use it for document encapsulation in Mylar, so I
would assume that its stickiness would not be an issue. That assumes
mylar-on-myar, however, so I'm not sure if cardboard-to-mylar stickiness
would be different.
