They don't look a whole lot alike either. I only confuse them on very bad
days. I believe that if you go to the Cathedral, you will find a statue of
Washington in classical dress. I can't remember who did it, and since I am
remembering this from more years ago than I care to admit, I could be on
another planet about the whole thing. And then, of course, there is the
brilliantly gilded equestrian statue of George riding around in the
Bishop's Garden. We always were a bit embarrassed for him when they renewed
the gilding, too.
