For those of you interested in the CURATOR journal information I requested
from the list, here you go.

You can reach the CURATOR offices directly by calling 212-769-5433.  However,
they are in the process of transferring the operation to the California
Academy of Sciences?, so this contact information will change in the future.
As far as I've heard, there are no web addresses available.
