I have a question put to me by someone at a small local archive. Would it would be better to scan their documents or to put them on microfilm? Her concern is that they do not have the money to keep up with the technology involved in scanning. What do other small museums/archives do? If you have your documents microfilmed, is it something that you do yourself or do you hire someone to come in and do it for you?
You can respond privately to me at [log in to unmask]
Thanks!
