I think this would be a great AAM session topic.  We need to look at what
is effective and what isn't in the online environment, and more
importantly, develop measures for success. What makes a good online site?
 
Are you going to propose it?  I'd be willing to help.
 
I would add the National Museum of American Art to the list, as they have
been very successful [numerically] with their America Online presence.
