Dear Colleague:

Progressive Engineer, the online magazine and information source, has posted
a story in the "On the Road" column on the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal and
the museum that celebrates it. The 14-mile waterway connects the Delaware
River with the Chesapeake Bay in the U.S., saving ships 300 miles in going
to Baltimore's harbor. Originally conceived in the 1600s and built in the
early 1800s, it has been expanded and upgraded over the years, and it still
moves many cargo ships and serves as part of the Intracoastal Waterway.

You can see this at http://www.ProgressiveEngineer.com/frm_care.htm. Thank
you.

Regards,

Tom Gibson
