I recommend _Art Law in a Nutshell_ by Leonard D. DuBoff, published by
West Publishing Co.  Good, basic information, easily understood,
comprehensive.
Also _A Legal Primer on Managing Museum Collections_ by Marie
Malaro--even though a new edition of this book will be coming out in the
next year or two I consider it my professional bible.
