There are new free software tools that I suppose will be useful for the
community.
A) Google 3D warehouse for Museums 3d models
B) Google notebook, to save multimedia clip and publish or share it
C) Vyew a tool to share document, images etc in a virtual meeting room
And don't forget the Google Calendar to publish and share your museum events
agenda or Qumana to easy post in every blog
