I'd suggest the proceedings of the American Law Institute - American Bar Association annual course Legal Issues in Museum Administration. These are available to people who don't attend as well as for those that do. Some of this issue would be addressed under the sexual harassment laws in the United States. Unfortunately my copies are at home so I can't check but I believe that many of the articles have references to case law. My impression from attending was that the presenters would welcome contact from people regarding the issues they spoke about.

Dear Colleagues,
Can anyone point me towards any published research (or other public
domain material such as reports or transcripts of Court proceedings) on
manager or supervisor bullying of, or similar inappropriate behaviour
towards, staff within arts or related organisations?
We have a Doctoral level human resources management and professional
ethics research project on this in progress in the Department,
and would be very interested to hear of any international studies or
published reports.
(We are not looking for unpublished private/personal case studies at this
stage, though anyone wishing to register an interest in assisting further
at some future date could reply to me off-list: [log in to unmask]).
