Another good source to work from would be the 1992 PACIN Conference
notebook.  Although a little out-of-date the Directory includes more than 50
pages of fine arts companies, listing their services and contact
information.

In addition to USArt and FFAE for transportation, I have regularly used
Terry Dowd Inc. (based in Chicago, but works all over the mid-west) for
crating.  I would also recommend Naglee Fine Art in Elmira NY, ArtWorks of
Kansas City and Artech in Seattle.
