Another good source to work from would be the 1992 PACIN Conference notebook. Although a little out-of-date the Directory includes more than 50 pages of fine arts companies, listing their services and contact information. In addition to USArt and FFAE for transportation, I have regularly used Terry Dowd Inc. (based in Chicago, but works all over the mid-west) for crating. I would also recommend Naglee Fine Art in Elmira NY, ArtWorks of Kansas City and Artech in Seattle.
