I apoligize if this message is repeated, I have previously attempted to send it
but believe that attempt to have been unsuccessful. I am also not sure this is
the appropriate newsgroup to ask, but I hope someone can atleast point
me in the right direction.

Currently I am a graduate student at the University of Virginia. I am
attmetpting to embark on that dissertation path. I find myself
interested in museums in regards to education and public attitude/use.
Examples of broad topics I'm interested in include: what aspects of
exhibits increase participant motivation to learn/continue
participation; can exhibits be effectively manipulated for various
cognitive ability levels (incorporate more than one); or how does an
exhibit influence the "public's" opinion about things like science and
what scientists do. Would anyone out there have data they would like
analyzed or just be able to direct me in how I might get started on
this project?
Thank you for your help.
