I have a series of image files IMG0001.jpg - IMG0100.jpg that I need to
rename 0197-3302-4230-001.base.jpg - 0197-3302-4230-100.base.jpg.  Does
anyone know how/if I can do this in DOS under WINDOWS 2000?
