I'm in the beginning stages of creating a photo archive from the restoration & reconstruction of a historic artist's studio. I'm only concerned with photographs right now; we have approximately 2000 photos, of which 99% are in a digital format, from at least 4 different sources. Could anyone enlighten me on industry standards, or how they dealt with a similar situation?

  Many thanks,
