Visitors Count! is a visitor survey program that identifies what’s working and what needs improvement from the visitor’s point of view. The next opportunity to use Visitors Count! to survey your visitors is spring/summer 2014 with a January 15 starting date to begin creating your museum’s customized survey questionnaire. Or, you can survey in summer/fall 2014 with a June 1 starting date. Are you a destination for snowbirds, snow skiers, cruise ships or holiday travelers?
