Hello everyone:

Historic Cherry Hill's collection policy indicates that we will accept
artifacts from other institutions for the purposes of storage in case of
disaster/emergency. We can also accept objects for freezing in that same
situation.  Do any of you have temporary custody receipts that specify this
type of situation and any "treatment" such as freezing that may occur during
the temporary custody period. Particularly, I am looking for some statements
that indicate the depositor gives permission for freezing and/or storage and
that will indicate insurance arrangements based on that agreement.
