Hello All,

We are thinking about hiring a director of
development, but aren't sure what sort of salary ranges are out there.
If any of you would be willing to share the appropriate salary ranges
for such a position, it would be appreciated. We'd be particularly
interested in salaries from museums in smaller to mid-sized cities.

Thanks,
Keni
