Specialists and Advisors, Chinese Contemporary Arts and Chinese Traditional
Works of Art, Multiple Positions and Locations
For several of our renowned auction house and arts business clients we are
seeking to fill Specialist and Advisor positions in Chinese Works of Art,
both Contemporary and Traditional, in New York, San Francisco and Hong Kong.
All applicants will have senior-level experience with sourcing work and a
strong client base, and an extensive understanding of related markets and
trends in the US, China and globally. Specialist applicants for the New York
and San Francisco position will have at least 5 years experience with a
gallery or auction house, with management experience preferred. Advisor
applicants for the Hong Kong position will have 7-10 years' experience in an
auction house, arts advisory or gallery and the ability to liaise with
investment finance staff for the purposes of establishing collateral value
for individual work and collections. BA in art history and Mandarin
required along with the ability to travel. Highly competitive salaries and
