HI everyone.  This question is about facility reports, the type an
institution sends to exhibit lenders and so forth.  The most recent
report form at my museum is one the Registrar's Committee of AAM
approved...in 1988!!  Please tell me there is a more recent form, and how
I could go about getting one.
