The term "economusee" (or "economuseum" in English) has been created (and
patented!) by some people in Quebec for such museums which operate
specifically in what they term the the economic sector (hence the name)
rather than the non-profit sector through e.g. manufacturing products or
providing services in a traditional way like this.  However, on this basis
many non-profits are at least in part operating as "economusees" (e.g.
those producing and selling traditional craft goods - like very many open
air/historic village museums.)
