Currently staff is using a variety of notes( a majority compiled by memory), to
record conservation treatments. I would like to see if I could standardize the
process. I know we are losing information that is invaluable. Does anyone have
a standard form/ format they used for recording Conservation information, the
would be willing to share?

Thanks,
Carrie
