We have done something similar to Nan, but it was more of a slideshow (done
in powerpoint). We just looped it on the flat screen TV in the lobby.
People *do* stop and watch it when they first come in to our museum. It is
very effective and not terribly time- or money- intensive (aside from the
initial investment for the equipment). We can also bring a copy with us
when we go speak at schools, Rotary, etc. so that they get a glimpse of what
"happens" at our museum.
