Hi all,

Please excuse cross postings.

We are using Kisok Pro Plus on iPads installed in our galleries. The devices are constantly plugged into power and the cords are enclosed in the cases and behind the walls so they are not exposed in order to be tampered with.

Given all that, we are still see on screen error messages that the devices are low on power and we are getting email reports from Kiosk Pro that they are low on power but contacted to a power source.

Has anyone else had this experience and know what the solution is?

Thanks,
Heather Marie
