My understanding, that besides much less current use, less heat, they also
are very low on ultraviolet light, if any.  Just about every museum is
switching to them when they have the money.  Lots of studies out there that
point to using led's.  We found led reflector bulbs on a close out sale for
$2 each.  Switched out all the reflector fluorescent bulbs.  Al Noftz
