Dear Listers,

I was approached by a fellow yesterday who says he has a complete chassis
for a 1948 - 1954 vintage Mayrath Tractor. He thinks that the historical
provenance is significant enough to warrant restoration of the Mayrath as it
was alleged to be owned by Father Mecredi. My job is to try and verify that!

In the meantime, would it be worth his while to restore it in terms of value
as a rare tractor? This was one of 60 that would have had a full body to the
chassis originally. I would like to be able to tell this fellow who the
experts are in tractor restoration, where to look for parts and whether the
value would improve if restored. Opinions and advice are appreciated!
