Dispute: Ownership of Brashear Time Capsule
A dispute has arisen over the legalownership of a Time Capsule uncovered during the demolition of thehistoric Brashear Telescope Factory building on Pittsburgh's NorthSide, even though the City of Pittsburgh has owned the land and buildingsince 2012.
