Do be careful of this odor idea --- many many people are allergic to  odors.
 
Maybe try Scratch and Sniff -- this way people can control at least a  little 
what they inhale.

Sounds should be MUCH easier!! there are lots of sounds available to  download
or you can record others (with voices too ) yourself
