Diana,
Most institutions use the Standard Facility Report, developed by AAM and
the Registrars Committee.  It is worth purchasing as a computer disk.  It
helps you survey your institution, as well as serving as a standard
communication among museums.

Dear all,

I am coordinating an exhibition and I need to do a loan request. For this,
I
need to send a Conditions Report of the facilities. As I have never done
one
myself, I would GREATLY appreciate if anybody could provide me with a model
