Diana, Most institutions use the Standard Facility Report, developed by AAM and the Registrars Committee. It is worth purchasing as a computer disk. It helps you survey your institution, as well as serving as a standard communication among museums. For this, I need to send a Conditions Report of the facilities. As I have never done one myself, I would GREATLY appreciate if anybody could provide me with a model and/or a copy. THANK-YOU! If you desire, you can contact me off-list at [log in to unmask] Thanks again, Diana Sal ========================================================= Important Subscriber Information: The Museum-L FAQ file is located at http://www.finalchapter.com/museum-l-faq/ .
