Sign up for your local Freecycle.org chapter. If the frames do not have to be the same size or type, ask people in your area to provide them. You'd be surprised what folks will come up with and all it's going to cost you is the gas to pick them up.

Subject: [MUSEUM-L] Cheap Frames?
I'm working on a temporary exhibition that is really pinched for funds. (What else is new?)
Does anyone have inexpensive sources/suggestions on framing small drawings on paper?
(Unfortunately they are not all standard, or the same, sizes)
Any suggestions appreciated!
