My two favorite visitor questions (both from a previous job) are:

"Where did the yellow submarine go?"

and

"Where is the Santa Barbara beach? "
(The museum where I worked was at the harbor. It was tough, but I managed
to stop myself from responding with "Pick a direction and keep walking
until you get to the sand.")
