   I have been following the thread on procedures for
   tracking props, since this is an issue that has recently
   come up in our historic house museum.  I need to write an
   official procedure for our "Procedure Manual" on the
   tracking/numbering of props.  Would someone care to send
   me a copy of their procedure?  I would be grateful.
