At the 1840 House and the other sites of the now defunct Baltimore City
Life Museums, we had what seemed to be an effective policy for tracking
R/Ps (Reproduction/Props) of which we had a large collection.  Someone
who worked regularly with the system and might be able to help is
Victoria Hawkins, former Curator.  I believe she can be reached through
the Maryland Historical Society, which  has taken over much of the
collections of the City Life Museums.
