Beth Kanter and her blog, *Beth's Blog: How Nonprofits Can Use Social Media*
, http://beth.typepad.com/beths_blog/  is a wealth of information with tons
of practical applications, step-by-step instructions, and links to many
resources.  Beth has a huge and well-deserved following.  She's using her
Facebook page as a focus group (brilliant!), and she's an award-winning
example of cause marketing and fundraising using social media.
