Probably the best way to tell if you need a graduate degree or not is to
get out into the job market and see if you can get the job you want with
just your BA.  If you can, great!  If not, you might want to get a Master's
to improve your chances for employment.  A Master's definitely won't
guarantee you a job, but it can certainly help.
