The WAAC newsletter, available on-line from Conservation On-Line (CoOL -
http://palimpsest.stanford.edu), had some good coverage on planning for
sprinkler systems (assuming you'll end up with sprinklers somewhere in
your building)  a couple of years back and you might find other useful
info there.  The Registrar's Committee - Western Region (RCWR)
Newsletter has carried a few relevant articles, but I don't think it is
available on the Internet anywhere.
