Hi Keni, please check with the Fort Lauderdale Historical Society (Margo Edwards, [log in to unmask]) as they have a great photo policy regarding sale and commercial use fees. I updated the policies and forms about five years ago. They do about $30,000+ in photo sales per year.

Subject: Photo Policies
Hello all,
First, thanks to the few who have passed on information and thoughts about museum-based restaurants...it is helpful.
Second, I am looking for copies of museums' photo policies. Specifically, if you charge to make copies of images in your photo collections, and/or if you charge a publication fee/use fee, would you please email me a copy of your forms?
Thank you and best for the weekend,
Keni Sturgeon
