Self-adhesive foam core is great - but be aware that it de-adheres over
time, and you should plan to either re-glue or replace your labels
fairly frequently. At least, in my experience.

I recently discovered self-adhesive foam core - which I love!!! I'm not
sure if foam core is too thick for what you're doing, but you can mount
your cardstock onto it, then cut to size with your mat cutter.

I wanted to get away from the spray adhesive as much as possible because
I can't seem to use it without making a major mess of everything around
me. This is a great solution.

Subject: [MUSEUM-L] making labels- alternative to aerosol spray

Good morning!

Does anybody have suggestions for making in-house labels? Right now we
use cardstock adhered to mat board with an aerosol adhesive spray which
is then cut to size using a mat cutter. I'm hoping to find an
alternative to using the aerosol spray. Any suggestions or ideas are
greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
