Hi John,
I am currently in my last semester in the JHU program and I have really
enjoyed it from the start. I have been able to use my real world
experiences along with the new information provided in each class to not
only be successful in the program but to also aid the History Museum of
Mobile, where I am currently employed. The work load is very reasonable
considering it is for the most part an on-line program. Which means you have
a good bit of reading throughout each semester but most of the readings are
enjoyable and usable in practical work within the field if you are currently
working or volunteering in a museum. I think it is a wonderful option if
you are looking to further your knowledge and growth in the museum field.

  Hi all,

I have been looking into Johns Hopkins online MA program in Museum
Studies. Has anyone on the list gone through this program? What did you
think about it?

  Thanks.
