You may also want to check out The Union Institute in Cincinatti. They offer
distant learning programs at the Bachelors and Doctorate levels. Its fully
accredited and recognizes prior learning for B.A and B.S. work. I just
finshed a program in "Historic Administration" which was quite usefull -
recruited my own faculty - and had an opportunuty to engage in scholarship
which is missing from my daytime administrative duties. There is at least
one learner at the Doctorate level who is working with a History of Science
project which involves botanical gardens.
