The Small Museum Administrators Committee of AAM (SMAC-AAM) is STILL looking
for people interested in participating on a panel about using research
collections in small museums at the 2005 AAM Annual Meeting (Indianapolis,
May 1-5). The issues include (but are not limited to) encouraging
collection use, creating the appropriate space for collection use and
maintaining adequate security (i.e., limitations of time, money, manpower
and space). This is intended to complement the Association of College and
University Museums and Galleries (ACUMG) pre-conference workshop on the same
subject and may ultimately result in a joint publication.

Please feel free to contact me (off-list) if you are interested.
