Dear List:
We are reevaluating voting procedures in out Acquisitions Committee and the idea of having votes be private was brought up. Currently, we pass around a sheet during the meeting for everyone to sign. Everyone can easily see how each person has voted across the table. Do any museums use a secret ballot for acquisitions meetings?
