The Andrew Carnegie Free Library and Music Hall in
Carnegie, Pennsylvania had an active used book store
in their basement, when I served on their Board of
Trustees in the late 1990s. Due to moisture problems
in the basement, this book store closed, and they now
have periodic book sales.

they are sold at special book sales.

ANSWER -  It is run by volunteers; our Friends group
has been sporadic.
