The Andrew Carnegie Free Library and Music Hall in Carnegie, Pennsylvania had an active used book store in their basement, when I served on their Board of Trustees in the late 1990s. Due to moisture problems in the basement, this book store closed, and they now have periodic book sales. > 1.
