I don't like the idea of it being closed on Sunday. 
That's often family day and a time when the family
could come to visit.  Why not consider closing on a
week day (Monday, Wednesday?)  That would give the
employees the ability to take care of their personal
business without affecting work hours (doctor, dental
appointments, repairs, etc.).
