In Los Angeles there are three very successful mobile museum programs. LACMA
has the Maya Mobile where kids learn history and make their own Mayan style
tile. Contact Patricia Ancona at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

The Los Angeles County Museum of Natural History has had a couple of mobile
museums for several years. One is the Earthmobile. I forget the name of the
other. Contact Megan Walsh at the NHM.

Finally the Autry Museum of Western Heritage has a new California Mission
program on a truck. Contact Kim Hayden.

Good luck!
